Today makes the third time in four years this wonderful WS store has bailed me out of computer problems. I have a 8 month old (still under warranty) laptop that I spent 14 hrs on the phone with the manufacturer to try to resolve a software problem. 14 hrs later and supplemental calls to Microsoft and no resolution to the problem, I finally took it to WSComputer and they were able to fix the problem. Christofer there is a genius with computers as I have had him come to my office to work on the system there. These guys get the job done and I strongly recommend them if you have hardware or software issues.

No kidding, Vincent! I'm posting from my 2+ year old MacBook that has never had a problem in its life. The 6 month old iMac I have is even better.
But every day I curse the HP I have to use at work... and our IT department replaced my computer last fall. Can't tell you how many times it's "encountered a problem" and had to shut down a program. Wish my company could just switch to Mac.Posted 2 years ago # -
I am getting tired of Forum users that hijack the message for their purposes. If you like Apple, create your own message and let people post under your message. I dont like Apple, and that was not the subject of my RAVE. I wanted other WSB users to know of a positive experience with this business. They really helped me out yesterday. If your experience WITH THIS STORE is not good, post that message.
WSB -- you really need to think about your policies. I am inclined to not use the Forums as the negativity, hijacking, and personal gain messages have become rampant. Its a shame, as this was once a very helpful and productive dialogue center.Posted 2 years ago # -
The "get a mac" line does not by any means "hijack" the forum thread. Your message came through very loud and very clear. The fact that some others here might want to suggest an alternate system does not mean your message has been diminished. If others had posted a bad experience with the store then your message would, in fact, have diminished quite a bit.
