I know this isn't in West Seattle, but it's so close I had to rave. We had a fantastic dinner last night at the Via Tribunali in Georgetown. It was just a quick trip down there and wanted to share that info with blog readers. Our dinner was excellent. Their salad choices pleased both the meat lover and vegetarian between us and their endless pizza choices made for tough decisions. We did the primavera which was loaded with fresh, crisp arugula and other veggies and it was delicious. The crust was to die for! The service was perfect! It's so nice to see people doing something in that area of town and even better that is so close for West Seattle folks to get there!

You're thinking of Steller Pizza. They are delicious as well, a different kind of pie though. Closer to the Pagliacci style.

We had dinner at Via Tribunali last night and the pizza was perfection! Wood fire oven, thin crust, just the right amount of toppings and sauce. YUM! YUM! YUM! And yes they have a pretty amazing water filtration system so the water they serve is wonderful.
