THanks to them for finding the nail in my tire and repairing it for free.
You guys are awesome and your new digs over there re-define what a tire shop should look like.
It is bright, clean, has internet and was very welcoming.
Welcome to West Seattle. I hope I dont need tires soon, but I sure know where I will be shopping at when I do.

I agree. I've bought my tires from them for years and always went to the Burien store. I'm very glad to have them so much closer. I had a run in with a nail a couple of weeks ago too and found the WS store to have the same great service. Viva Les!

I checked prices and they were much more expensive than our our Courtesy Tires.

Just went to the 4th ave Les Schwab..they're great as well. Got there 7:45am for their first appt...they were already open when I pullled up. Put new front rotors on to stop breaking shimi. Later called the Ford dealer re prices Ford was~$200 more. Great efficient service was out before 9:00am. Had to go back 3 days later for nail in my tire. They removed the nail and rotated tires at the same time ...no charge.

I have had both Les Schwab and Courtesy help me with nails and such embedded in my tire. Both fixed it for free. Both offered wonderful service and friendly people. All else being equal, it will come down to price and convenience for me. Ah, capitalism...

kmweiner...
but will the Courtesy Tire you may or may not find in the back-country of Wyoming be equally eager to service the tires they didn't sell you?
I can tell you for a fact that Les Schwab was.

I grew up with one in my home town (Hermsiton, OR) and you just couldn't beat their service. The new store in West Seattle is just as great!
I won't be going anywhere else.

Courtesy Tire has had my business since I've lived in WS, around 15 year. They have always provided great service, more importantly I have been very impressed with their integrity and honesty in dealing with customers.
