   Ok..
   I will admit that the place we had dinner last night is not a fine dining experience...
   and you couldn't get a margarita...

   but.. oh... the food!

   Last night we finally followed forum posters to Chemos on Aumbaum right next to McClendons.

   The food was incredible.

   I think that's because of momma. She is the guiding light in the kitchen with daughters and daughter-in-laws each providing their own special dish for daily specials.

   If the fajitas were that good I can't wait to try each and every one of the "special" dishes.

   the veggies in my fajita were so good that they outshone perfectly done shrimp.

   How is that possible?

   You won't believe it's that good..
   so go check it out for yourself.

   oh... and there is parking...
   there is a huge lot behind the restaurant so you definately don't have to park on Aumbaum.

   and they do take out...

   I don't know if my waistline can afford this much guilty pleasure.

   Gotta check it out, I used to go to the place that preceded it, which was also pretty darned good.
   In a related note, I stopped at the taco trailer in "downtown" Skyway yesterday, and had the $7 torta de lengua, which was as big as my head and packed with what must have been close to a half pound of meat. Awesome!

   Yes, Chemos is awesome. Amazing carnitas and the rice is so yummy. Been begging for the secret to Momma's rice, but they won't give it up!!!

   Almost went there last night too but had a hankering for Vietnamese that overtook my tastebuds. Chemos is on my list to try after I give Katsu Burger a go tomorrow.

   Not to put too fine a point on it, but Chemos is actually located on 16th Ave SW at 102nd (immediately south of McLendons, as JoB mentioned).

   White Center Trivia, fyi: 16th doesn't become Ambaum for another 3/4 of a mile - or so - south of Chemos.
