   John at Adept Pest is the best in the business, IMHO. He's intelligent, respectful, and not a poison pusher or scaremonger like many pest control companies. He employs common sense solutions tailord to the individual homeowner and situation. He's also extremely reasonably priced. John came out to my house and did a thorough inspection several months ago. He came up with lots of suggestions to work with my very limited budget. I would trust no one else.

   Second for John at Adept. Nice to work with and thorough. We had exclusion and cleanup work done prior to selling our house and he also added that if the new owners had any additional problems they should give him a call because he likes to guarantee his work. Nice touch!

   I called John at Adept based on the recommendations from this thread. He was great to work with. Super knowledgeable, found a couple spots others had missed, hence our problem. If you have rat or critter problems, call John!
