   There was dog poo (at least I hope it was dog) all over the sidewalk at my bus stop this morning, it was very gross. It had gotten tracked all over the place and was just a mess. People shouldn't have dogs if they aren't going to clean up after them. I feel bad for the Starbucks employees who will most likely be the ones to clean it up, or maybe it will rain and wash it away?

   That Starbucks' lot and surrounds are always filthy - guess the excrement is the icing. I'm sorry for the neighbors who end up with all the Starbucks trash in their yards, too. Wholly unpleasant.

   Not to mention that there's a jack in the box right there too, which is about as classy as the pile of dog s*** but doesn't smell as pleasant.

   Yeah, our whole area is pretty garbage-filled a lot of the time because of the fast food and coffee places. (and possibly a little bit because of the high school?)

   Oh, and someone threw soda all over the front door/porch of our apartment building last week.

   Yeah, it's a hard life up there in Admiral. ;) Soda sounds pretty nice compared to the pee that sometimes ends up on our front steps. I don't love everything about White Center!

   True enough RS. Or used condoms. Empty booze bottles. Recently saw someone puking at the end of my driveway. Broken down cars lining the streets. Rockin' :)

   I live in the Admiral area and I have to agree with RS and meg, the stuff we have to deal with up here are minor compared to some of the other stuff that we could be dealing with.

    City is supposed to clean up the bus stops, but I never see them around at all, and most stops smell like urine.

    I guess I don't understand the attitude that, if someone lives in the Admiral District, or Genessee Hill, or wherever, that we have to put up with crap because it's not as bad as where you live. It shouldn't be anywhere...all a matter of degrees, I suppose. But , please, don't denigrate someone's rant because we don't live where you do, so, oh, too bad, don't complain. Good grief.

    I'll explain a bit. I live in the Admiral District. We have graffiti on our bldg. We have had highschool students steal alcohol from Safeway, park their ass in our carport and chug it until they puke. I have had to ask students to get off the stoop in front of my bldg. just so I could get inside...as they're sitting out there smoking crack...certainly wasn't pot...I know what that smells like.I have watched students congregate behind my apt. bldg, and take a leak on the nearest pole or garbage container. But...I suppose I shouldn't complain, huh...it couldn't possibly be as bad as where you live?

    Sorry, I really was just kidding. I don't think everything is roses and cupcakes up in Admiral and I didn't mean to denigrate anyone's rant. I was more just ragging on my own neighborhood and lamenting the lame things that people do on other people's property.

    Sorry if i offended anyone....i was totally kidding around. (hence the smiley faces) Anyhow, messes anywhere suck and people should pick up after themselves. Lil' piggies are everywhere and everywhere it is gross! I know there is gross stuff in all the neighborhoods....I even love my neighborhood. I really only just wish I could walk to a place with really coffee & treats and hang out. Oh, and that my next door neighbor's roof on non-occupied house would finally cave in so they have to do something about it & it's rat infested, hideous looking, "house".
    Anyhow, really sorry I offended...especially people I usually agree with on here! :)
