This is for the owner of the silver/grey colored vehicle that smashed into the bumper of my legally parked car last evening. You are a menace. Walker is a residential street. The speed you must have been traveling to have littered the street with as many parts of your car as you did would have surely killed a person, pet or child who had been crossing the street. I assume you left the parts of your bumper in the street in lieu of the note you did not leave as a courtesy to inform me of your insurance information?
For the rest of our neighborhood: If you see silver vehicle (most likely truck?) missing a (drivers?) side panel and at least half a bumper, I beg that you do the right thing, and report their license plate number to the police. This kind of behavior can't be tolerated! It's a menace to our property, our safety, our pets and children.
