   Anyone else see this, or care?

   For the last several weeks an older white Honda Civic hatchback has been parking outside my condo complex.

   After the four hi-school age males park the car they just sit in it for an hour or so and smoke weed. They even came out today in this crazy weather and nearly got stuck in the snow as they tried to pull out in their lowered and cheap-sounding coffee-can exhaust ride.

   To be honest it wouldn't bother me as much if they didn't leave trash and glare at me and my neighbors as they walk by.

   My wife thinks they might be "casing the joint" too. To monitor who leaves and when. Not sure if they could handle that in their half-baked state of mind, but it still worries her.

   And to top it off, they are often joined by a second lowered Honda Civic hatchback (maybe grey in color?) In which case they'll park side by side and exchange things then leave.

   Sometimes I wish wild West justice would make a comeback...

   I assume you have called the police? You might also consider calling the high school with the license plate number. How about including a partial plate number here in case their parents read the WS Blog and care?

   We've been told to call police if see such events, even more so if ongoing. Give them The license number if you're lucky enough to get it.

   I have the lic#, wasn't sure if I should post it here though...
   And we went ahead and made a police report too.
   I was just curious if anyone else around has seen these guys and their car.

   plate ends in VGF.
   They have a stylized Space Needle sticker on the rear hatchback window and some kind of colorful sticker over the gas door.

   WHat have you got against Mary Jane? Maybe they are card holders and need it for their illness.

   Oh, I'm sure they DO, Smokey.
   If their "illness" is brought on by them driving around in that hacked-up Civic hatchback that sounds like continuous flatulence.

    If you do think they might be students, I would advise calling the school office just to ask a general question about procedure, too. School administrators participate in local groups like the Crime Prevention Council and seem to take an interest in what happens just off-campus. - TR
