Prowlers arbor heights?

    Hi just observed some people behaving a bit unusual (maybe?) I usually park around back using the alleyway behind my house. When I drove in they was a blond middle aged lady in a two tone blue rain coat walking north on the alleyway towards me. She stopped to "talk" to a dog in a backyard. A bit unusual as the dogs around there usually make a noise when someone walks by but they were quiet. Anyway I came into the house and maybe 5 min later went out to feed the crows some cake. A couple of minutes later two guys middle aged maybe hispanic, chunky sized, turn into the alleyway in a small red sedan (old sun damaged red) They drive past my entrance but stop behind the fence at the next house. 5 sec later they reverse back out and I see the blonde lady walking quickly south from the same spot. Like they had met behind the fence? At the moment I'm presuming because I was at my back door that they left. This was about 9.45am around california and 102ave. Is there a better way to share/report this? Hope my suspicions were wrong.

    will keep an eye out, I am also in Arbor Heights. thanks for the heads up, mpento. the more vigilant we are as neighbors the better.

    I'm right down the street. An incident like this should immediately be reported to SPD as a possible prowl/casing. I've seen a lot of strange people and vehicles in the neighborhood lately who appear to be casing the area. Cops usually respond immediately to these types of calls. There was a bold daytime robbery within a block of you not too long ago. At this time of year there are also crews who follow FedEx and UPS trucks around to steal packages left outside while folks are at work. Scumbags.
