Proletariat Pizza sends word they're now open Thursdays too

    Just got short e-mail from Stefanie: "We will be open for dinner on Thursdays now- 5-9pm. Hoping to add lunch within a couple months!"

    We also got two new (new to us) ovens hooked up yesterday and we used them for the first time last night. They are bigger and run hotter and there are two of them! This means we should be able to get pies out quicker and we are also very pleased with what the extra heat is doing to the crust. Thanks for the support!

    we went last night for the first time. we'll be back many many times again. the pizza was the best we've had yet in Seattle. period. do yourself a favor and give it a try.

    I went last night too.
    Great pizza, original offerings (Mama Lil's peppers YUM)
    We ordered quickly and before I had my second sip of my Oly, the pizza was there.
    I highly reccommend it!
