Exciting role to get in the ground level of a growing Seattle medical billing company. Develop a patient contact center function that will grow with the business including developing process and procedures to efficiently manage patient calls and enquiries about their bills. Initially the role will be hands-on including handling patient calls as well as performing basic medical billing tasks such as data entry. Over time the role will grow involving supervision of staff and implementing new patient contact processes and systems. Must be competent with computer systems and software including Microsoft Office (Excel) and preferably Microsoft Access. Medical billing experience is preferable but more importantly is professionalism and technical aptitude as well as a great work ethic.
