   The building itself is runned down and needs to be rebuilt in my opinion. It looks like crap!

   I heard (by a potential tenant that inquired about the space) that they are only offering very short term leases b/c they are exploring the potential to develop it (yep, that means 3-4 stories!).

   I just heard that the rent is over $20,000 a month; could that be true? (Or was someone just trying to make me feel better about the super high rent at Westwood?? ;)

   DBurns..but look at the size of the building...It's huge compared to where you are. Would love to have you closer to my 'hood (Admiral) though :)

    The Voodoo Chicken, if it's not going to be a pizza place, I think it might be a music studio for a local up and coming band.
