On corner of 4th/Michigan, sparkling clean new teriyaki place open just 3 months, very nice owners and hot tea on tap, I Luv Teriyaki. People were so nice, food was fresh, and such a good addition to that area I just had to say something. A great place to stop on the way home from Costco if you're just famished!

Sweet! May have to check it out. Of course, I am a loyal Yummy Teriyaki customer. It will take a lot to woo me away from Yummy's.

Hmmm. All this talk about teriyaki, I'll have to stop at Yummy's. Today if possible. Thanks!

I think Yummy's is closed on Sunday's.

It's not a new business, maybe it's new owners?
Because I Luv Teriyaki at 4th and Michigan has been there with that name for at least 8 years.
And if I recall correctly it's been there a hell of a lot longer than 8.Posted 1 year ago # -
Yeah, Ive been eating there since the 90's Jimmy. Always seemed reliably good. Nice to know the quality continues.
Another great place in the vicinity is Kauai Family Restaurant on 6th, just S. of Michigan.Posted 1 year ago # -
From experience I can tell you MOST Teriyaki is closed on Sunday.

I really like Nikko Teriyaki (Jefferson Square, near the Snap Fitness). I always seem to want it on Sundays thought, and like Zenguy said, they all seem to be closed Sundays. Maybe that's a good niche business to get into - a Sunday-only teriyaki place. :)
