New Spot, California and Brandon?

    I've noticed a good bit of hoppin' activity at a new spot on the SW corner of California and Brandon (what I believe used to be a drugstore). Anyone know what went in there? A few days ago it was still papered up but there was quite a crowd milling around outside, and tonight there was a good line of people heading there. Looks interesting just judging from the activity.

    Thanks for the info. I searched the forums for 'Brandon' but didn't find the reference to OutWest. I probably should have started with 'bar'. :)
