  1. Where in West Seattle can I get this done? Prefer Highland Park/Westwood/White Center area.

I had mine done at Walgreens. I think you might have luck at Bartells also

  3. Had mine recently done at the Burien Walgreens. I would guess the White Center one takes passport photos too. It took ten minutes and cost $9.99.

Bartells Drug does offer passport photos and applications for passports at all 58 locations.

  5. Thanks, all. I previously had one taken at a Walgreen's, but down in Tacoma. Didn't know how standard a service that was.

  6. You can also do it yourself, if you have the time and skill (and a digital camera and photo printer.) You get unlimited retakes that way!

The Post Office at Westwood Village does them when you submit your application.

  8. Camera yes, printer no. Skill is debatable. ;)

Actually I have a passport already but need to send a photo with my visa application to go to China (along with one of the longest forms I've ever seen, and that includes my taxes). Would the post office still do it under those circumstances? The Chinese consulate doesn't accept mailed applications.
