House overflowing with Thanksgiving visitors? We rented a nice cottage in the Gatewood neighborhood for my visiting grandmother to stay in over Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, due to health problems she won't be coming. The rental contract only allows us a refund if the owners are able to rent it to someone else.
