   Seeking a part time babysitter/nanny to care for our 22mo son 1-2 days per week. Need care to start at 600am most days. We would be open to participating in a nanny share too. References and background check will be required. SAHMs encouraged! Dog friendly needed as our son has a super fabulous Frenchie brother. :)

   Hello,
   I am a current college student at the University of New Haven in Connecticut and will be returning home to Seattle on June 7th until August 24th. If you are in need of a babysitter/nanny for this summer, I would love to help you out! I have 5+ years of childcare experience and I have 3+ years of dog training experience with Guide Dogs for the Blind (so I'm very comfortable around dogs!). I have references upon request. I will be taking one summer college course on Wednesdays between 10am and 4pm, so those are the only times I will be unavailable. Please let me know if you are interested!

   I don't mean to hijack your thread Sarah, but my husband and I are in the same boat as you. We are in need a nanny for the summer months (June to the end of August) to watch our twin boys in our Junction area home. We are looking for someone for approximately 6-7 hours a day M, T, Th, & F (8am to 3pm typically). I work from home on Wednesdays so we wouldn't need someone on that day only. The boys will be 10mo in June, and are truly very easy babies to watch (yes, I'm biased, but they are also just super easy going kids!). We have dog children as well, so being comfortable with a dog or two lying around is important! Hourly rate open for negotiation, within reason. I have a fantastic background in working with children and have exclusively nannied for the past 6 years and I have some time/days that have opened up!    I am a former elementary teacher turned stay at home mom. My son is 2 now, so I am interested in taking in another little one Mondays, Tuesdays, and/or Thursdays in order to contribute a little bit financially to our household. I can commit to taking on another from now through October and possibly longer. Our house is 100% child-centered with a big fenced in yard and a great play room. We do have a big bernese mountain dog which is like a nana dog to kids. I have extensive childcare experience so rest assured we will keep busy with a lot of fun and stimulating activities.
