   We are looking for another family to share a full-time nanny. Ideally, we'll find a family whose child is similar in age to our nine-month old daughter. We'd like to begin an arrangement early or late summer. We already have a great nanny who has been caring for our older child since she was four months old (she's now four years old). We no longer need her for this purpose, but we'd like to recreate the same situation for our younger daughter. Sharing a nanny with another family has worked really well, especially because we shared similar values and were able to be flexible and reasonable with one another.    What age range is close enough to your daughter? I am looking for care for my baby due in late April. So he or she will be three months in August.

   Hi Lindsey,

   We might want another child who is a little closer in age to ours just to facilitate coordinated napping schedules, etc. This would allow our nanny to get out of the house with the babies more often, which is important for her mental health and good for the kiddos.
