We would like a nanny to care for our daughter who will be 3 months in December. We need the person to be able to care for her until at least next September and ideally longer.

When: Mondays from about 7:30am to about 5:30pm (10 hours). It would be great if the nanny could work Dec. 14 and 21, but if not I would need you to start Jan. 4.
Where: Burien (north end), near the cross streets of SW 116th St. and 7th Ave. SW
    Pay: Depends on experience

    Requirements:
-Minimum 2 years experience with infants and great references
-Native Spanish speaker or other language would be a big plus
-Experience caring for a child’s physical needs (feeding, diapers, sleep, safety), their emotional and developmental needs
-Enjoys playing, singing songs, reading books with infants and strives to provide a stimulating and nurturing child-focused environment
-Able to communicate effectively with parents and keep a journal of daily activities
-Trustworthy, patient, compassionate, responsible and reliable
-Certified in infant CPR/First Aid or willingness to become certified
    -Non-smoker and drug free
-No criminal history and willing to submit to a background check
-Car and reliable transportation preferred but not required

    *No house work required

I used nanny for my children. By the way have you heard of MiNeeds.com? It really simplifies finding affordable Nanny. I used it to find them for my Childrens. Essentially, after I described what I needed on this site, I received several competitive bids from local Nanny. I liked the fact that I didn’t have to call around and negotiate with each, and that they actually came to me.
