mmmmmmmmm.....Veggie Enchiladas @ Mission

    Don't even know what to say. THEY'RE. SO. GOOD. Filled with flavorful roasted vegetables including sweet potatoes, and covered in an apricot mole...just heaven. Really. Try them. Buy a $25 certificate for $10 off of restaurants.com, and head to mission tonight. You'll be happy you did! Oh...and order some mexican chocolate ice-cream for desert!

    We went and tried the Indian Taco, cheese and mushroom quesidilla and a gordita. The food looked gorgeous, the atmosphere was beautiful. However, we didn't think the food was great. I think we'd go for dessert maybe. Maybe I've been spoiled by the Indian tacos one can get at the pow-wows that are bursting with flavor. The mushroom and cheese quesidillas, the mushrooms were flavored with some sort of sweet spice, and it was not good. My child took out all of the mushrooms. I think the next time I crave Mexican food, I'll stick with the taco wagon over in White Center...

    Second for the veggie enchiladas (I actually get the sweet potato ones). I finally branched out and got the sweet potato tacos last time and they're equally as delicious.
