Microsoft "Outlook" Training in WS?

    Hey neighbs -
    I'm on the hunt for somewhere in WS that offers "Outlook" training, for free or minimal cost if possible. I'm on a Mac and I can not wait for Office 2011 for Mac to be released. I need the training asap, as in yesterday. If you have any suggestions I might have overlooked, please share.
