    who\'s the best or preferably cheapest mechanic in west seattle that still does reliable auto repair (need to relace a heater core)?

    I\'ve had good luck at Auto & Brake Service, 9200 16th Ave SW, (206) 762-6226. They\'ve been at that location for a long time.
