I had no idea this was happening, but I'm very thrilled for him and excited to taste :) : http://www.seattlemet.com/blogs/nosh-pit/katsu-burger-mashiko-owner-and-sushi-chef-hajime-satos-newest-venture-september-2011/

Sounds delish! Hopefully I'll find myself in Georgetown at lunchtime sometime soon.

  7. By coincidence I discovered their location tonight, when I was headed to the Manila Cafe for a Beef Inihaw fix and discovered Katsu Burger in it's place. Does anyone know what happened to Manila Cafe?

Their Facebook page says they closed at the end of July. Page is still up, as is their website...but they're not :)
