The house my husband and I (and our two Boston Terriers) are renting has been foreclosed on. Looking to move, 2 bedroom, fenced yard, Pigeon Point is first choice but anywhere in West Seattle is ok too. 12-1500/mo rent.
Anybody know of anything?

I don't know of anything specific, but there are for rent signs all over Arbor Heights on houses fitting your description. Sometimes the best way to find a house is to just drive around and look for signs...that's what I always did. A lot of these privately owned houses don't even advertise.

At the end of 35th past Roxbury, a nice quiet area.
Arbor Heights is the area south of Roxbury and west of 35th Ave SW. I've seen 'For Rent' signs on 35th, 102nd, 42nd, etc. I wouldn't recommend living on 35th, especially with kids, but the side streets are all pretty quiet.
I have a 2 br+den, 2.5 bath house with fenced yard on Pigeon Point that I'm thinking of renting out. Rent would be $2100/month, but dogs are definitely welcome. If you're interested, please email funnygirl28@yahoo.com.

$2100 a month is WAY too much for us, but thanks anyway, funnygirl.
I am renting out my house near Morgan Junction but it does not have a fenced yard. It meets all your other requirements though. $1,400/month. I also own two Boston Terriers so figured I would post a reply! ameyers34@yahoo.com
