   Since Westside Auto went defunct, I've taken my elderly Justy to Spencer's in White Center. AAA recommends them.

   Ty's Auto on Delridge just north of Roxbury has always been very good to me and super cheap. Swedish has also been good to our Subaru, but probably double the cost of Ty's.

    Doyles - we've had good luck with both our Subarus - always has been honest and upfront about costs and whether to sink more $$ into the cars.

    Swedish Automotive on 35th can take care of ANY problems you have with your Subaru. Great folks, honest, very qualified with really good service and they will treat you right..

    I don't know if they work on Subarus but I just have to put in a good word for West Seattle Autoworks.

    When I go in there I KNOW that they'll give me an honest assessment of the problem and a fair price to fix it.

    My neighbor has works at a shop that specializes in Subarus. He knows them inside and out and has worked on mine several times on little to no notice. Very kind and honest man. He has a lot of tools in his home garage and has a tow truck.

    We use Alki Motors and find they give very personalized attention to our car and truck, even though they are 1997 and 2001 models. Honest and reliable.
