   Looking for a commercial kitchen, ideally one set up for baking but any place with an industrial oven will do. Near the Alaska Junction or thereabouts. We're going to make pastry for local businesses and need a place to bake! Please email millioninprizes@gmail.com with location and hourly rates!

   Try the new Admiral Bird on a Wire... think they have all the baking abilities from the previous proprietors still there and not sure how much they are using it.

   Try the USI space by the YMCA off Fauntleroy. A building full of commercial kitchens renting them out to all kinds of different businesses. Alki Pie makes their goodies out of there. I looked to them when I was looking for a space. I forget the rates but they are very friendly. Ask for Clay or his dad to get more info.

   There's another commercial kitchen rental place on Delridge, across the street from Pho Aroma and Olympia Pizza. Don't know the exact address, nor the name, but the door is at an angle to the street. The folks inside can provide the manager's contact info to you.

   They of course didn't even remotely hint at the address (not relevant for most viewers) but I was wondering if it was in The Triangle. Googled and of course ... this came up ;)
