   I'm moving at the end of the month and may have to put some of my furniture in a storage unit. I've never had to rent one before and would love advice/opinions from anyone who has rented one in West Seattle in the past. I've already read terrible reviews of U-Haul on 35th and Morgan which is unfortunate since that would be the most convenient location. And while we're at it, any recommendations for where to rent a moving truck or van? Again, U-Haul had awful reviews. Bring on the good and the bad, I'd love to make moving over the holidays as easy as possible!

   I'm not sure what reviews you are reading, but I've rented trucks from the U-Haul on 35th & Morgan several times and have never had a problem. No opinion on the storage space though.

   We've rented trucks from that U-Haul on 35th and haven't had a problem either. There are two storage facilities down on Avalon. Well, one is on Avalon and the other is down the hill to All-Star.

   Not quite West Seattle, but I work at a storage facility (Lock-Tight Storage) right outside of White Center in Burien. Being as non-biased as I can, I really do think it's pretty nice. Almost all of the units are indoor and semi-heated, the building is only about 5 or 6 years old, lots of security, and pretty decent prices.
