    I'm looking for a recommendation for a low cost leaf removal company...

    If you're a homeowner looking to have leaves removed from an average residential property, your best bet is the high school kid down the street. Most landscape companies would lose money by taking on such a small scale job; they barely make a profit as it is.

    Leaves compost very quickly, and make excellent winter mulch in your planting beds...just a suggestion.
