Landscaping

    Ok, three posts in and I am finally getting to the reason I came here today...
    Landscaping. My yard is the neighborhood disgrace. We have utterly no gardening talent or ability, so it has all turned into a horrifying overgrown mess.
    So, we need someone reasonable who can just design and do the entire thing within our requirements. Since with us, maintenance will be iffy, there's a special challenge to make it hardy and reasonably self maintaining. Ideally, I can ditch the sprinkler system and lawnmower, and just have a gardener come in three or four times a year.
    Is there anyone who can actually do this or am I living in a fantasy world?
