It's 1:22am and it's been going for over 45 minutes. A mechanical, humming drone that fades in and out every minute or so. Listening on my balcony here in High Point it sounds like it is coming from everywhere.
This is not my first hum experience but they've always been more of a constant noise than this fade in and out that is gong on right now. This is proving to be much harder to drown out and ignore.
Anyone else out there hearing this?
