ISO Affordable housing for 20 year old employed mom-to-be

    My sister in law is in search of an affordable apartment (no more than $650/month) in West Seattle and unfortunately, Craigslist isn't too helpful. She's employed full-time and is due to have her first child in February. No pets, non-smoking, not a crazy party girl. Anybody know of something that fits the bill? Your help is much appreciated!!
