I'm not exactly an iphone freak, as I think I've established time and time again around here, if you recall :P.
But I've grown completely dependent upon this thang. However, I sure wish I had been paying better attention three months ago when I FINALLY upgraded from the 1st gen to the 3g with a new contract. FRUSTRATING! Oh well! The new speed and reliability was a bit of a joyous revelation, I must say.
I am happy to report, I think, that somebody is coming by tomorrow, supposedly, (from a Craigslist ad I posted last night) to buy my old one. I'm afraid to ask how much I SHOULD have asked for as a minimum - it's perfect, not even a scratch and 8g. Regardless, I could not believe how many replies I got to the ad. I felt so very popular there for a few brief hours. The luster of those moments were lost as soon as the guy I agreed to sell it to got my ph #. He's agreed to meet me tomorrow night, but is texting me every couple hours this afternoon. Somehow, I don't think he believes I'm not a girl thug trying to sell stolen goods or about to be incarcerated. LOL. Seriously.
Before the handoff, I need to figure out how to take the sim card out. That oughta' be interesting, amusing or pathetic - we'll see. :)
I can't even imagine how fast the 4g will be. Too cool. What else is new about it, besides that it's skinnier, right?
Also, what other options are there for folks besides Craigslist to get rid of their old phones? That's indeed a good topic for discussion, I would say.
