Inexpensive fruit: pick or buy?

    Does anyone have any recommendations for their favorite place to either pick or buy organic berries? Market? Store? Carnation-area?

    They try to keep it updated. Just be forewarned, the isn't a good year for fruit in general. cold, wet spring allowed for a lot of pests and fungus to thrive which is affecting quality and quantity of fruit. i suspect it will be a crummy year for tree fruit:(
