I recently had an issue (nothing to do with there service or facility). I contacted the owner, Mage, and he totally accomodated my needs! He absolutely was in no way obligated to do what he did but he did. That is Amazing customer service right there! The staff there is great, the place is clean and updated and prices are GREAT!

  2. Great to hear about the customer service...we need more stories like this.

But......a tanning salon? Really? You're paying to kill yourself slowly. All to look darker? Very odd in my opinion. Even if it's one of those spray tans, why a tan? I just don't get the allure. Are we covering up little imperfections all over our body by darkening it? Still can't believe these salons are still in business.

What I can't believe, Homer, is that you actually feel you have the right to say that to somebody. Get off your high horse, already!

bsmomma, thanks for the info. :)

  5. I'm pretty sure Queen Anne is same owner; when I went to QA location couple yrs ago, asking if there would ever be a WS location, they told me their owner lives in WS, and that unique name "Mage" sounds same

I agree with Homer, as well as his "right" to have a differing opinion. To deny this to anyone is about as high-handed (or horsed) as you can get.

Not even remotely denying him his opinion. It's just misplaced on someone else's rave thread.
