Hot Wings

  1. Where in West Seattle can I get a good plate of hot wings? I mean, seriously...a good, big, plate of meaty hot wings that are fire/wicked hot ~ as in the city of Buffalo hot wings...the real deal. Preferably with a side of celery and/or carrots and blue cheese dipping sauce.

I am not at all interested in standard Sysco frozen wings with Tabasco sauce.

Thanks to all. I have lived here six years and been unsuccessful in my attempts to locate adequate wings anywhere in the greater Seattle/Puget Sound/Pacific NW.

  2. I suppose you can be a little more patient and wait until Wing Dome opens in the Alaska Junction sometime in the near future. I have no idea if they're "authentic" according to your standards, but they'll definitely have wings. :)

Wingdome makes their own sauces, so if you really only want fried wings tossed in butter and Frank's, you won't find them there. Still, they do make a pretty good sauce, and the hotter ones WILL burn your face off.

  8. The afterburner wings at Feedback are excellent! Great flavor and quite a bit of heat. They are my favorite in WS.
