   The awesome women in my family get together every spring for a "Herstory Weekend." This year we are landing in West Seattle! I'm looking for advice on best lunch place, best walking/jogging/hiking trail, and some sort of event that might be going on the weekend of Feb 24th-27th, 2012. Specifically hoping for some sort of all ages venue for Sunday night (open mike, karaoke, etc.).

   walking/jogging/hiking trail? Lincoln Park...or a trek along Alki...

   not sure about all age thing on a Sunday night. Is Skylark all ages for their events? Most places with this type of event are 21 and over...alcohol..

   Cactus Bar(due to view) is the best for lunch on alki.
   Salty's has spectacular view, but prices are high. Have been there for lady's 3hr lunch, then it may be worth it.
   Non view Fresh Bistro is nice! Across from Jefferson square. Quaint, comfortable, good food, ambiance, etc
   If you have a big group, perhaps they can offer a little extra something-something?!
   I agree about lincoln park and alki.

   If its a sunny day, water taxi to downtown and Ferry to Bainbridge is a wonderful thing to do.
