   We've got a large amount of great opportunities to collect for 4/20, where we'll have volunteers out across the state collecting and reporting their count to the campaign, where we'll be headquartered at Westlake Park from 10AM-6PM. We'll be having a press conference at around 1PM and will report our statewide totals to the media at the end of the day.

   I have to say, the link doesn't help much either -- unless this is a stealth campaign to see if people really will sign anything, you might want to be clear-er. :-)
