pmacMemberI rescued this small, black cat that was completely emaciated and pulling its hair out about 8 weeks ago. I took it to the vet and they said she is allergic to flea saliva. I treated her, took her for multiple flea baths, fed her a ton and now she is back to her happy self!
She is small, only 7lbs, and loving.
My problem is I have to move out for 1 month and need a cat-sitter. Is there anyone who could take my cat “Sandy” until I can save enough for the kitty deposit on a new place? My old place won’t let me have the cat.
Sandy would really appreciate it :)
Please call me at 206-999-5640. Patti

Talaki34ParticipantDo you have an apartment already lined up? If yes, how much is needed for the deposit and how long do you think it would take to raise the money? (Some places will incorporate the deposit in the monthly rent until it is paid.)

The Velvet BulldogParticipantpmac: Please contact Marianne at the Friends of the Animals Foundation. There might be a foster family available to take Sandy for the month.

hammerheadParticipantI TRULY do what I can to help people be able to keep their cats(dogs are bit more difficult for me)
The fact that she is willing to up root her life for a cat, well I think I can hold her for a month.
Rock? No I MEOW! LOL
Thanks

mehud7ParticipantThanks Hammerhead! I too, was impressed that this kind woman would actually move and find an apartment that allows pets. All too often pets are given up because people move to homes that don’t allow them.

pmacMemberHi Ssaird:
I thank you so much for your kind invitation for an apt. :) Yes, I am in a temporary housing until Sept 10th. Can I come see your apartment???!!
Love it! Great people in West Seattle :)

ssairdParticipantPmac, of course. I can possibly show it to you over the weekend. I will have to check with the current tenants due to them being out by the end of the month. How about you email me directly with your info and we can discuss “off line”. My email is stephanie @graffixinc.com
