   Hi fellow WSB'ers.
   

   I'm a long time West Seattleite, WSB reader and occasional forum participant, and I'm starting a company to make using a Medical Flexible Spending Account easier.
   

   If you currently use, or have used a Medical Flex Spending Account (FSA), I would like to ask you a few questions about your experience.
   

   It’ll only take 10 minutes of your time. I could meet you at just about any coffee shop in WS or WC, or we could talk by phone if preferable.
   

   In addition to good karma, I’d like to compensate you for your time with a coffee or $5 cash!

   we do use a medical FSA..
   but our major frustrations are with federal rules more than with the company that processes them

   because of the way FSAs are set up, it benefits the processioning company to challenge even those payments made at medical facilities at the point of service....

   changing companies.. if that was an option... won't change that

   JoB, thanks for the response! We aren't trying to create another FSA company, but rather a company that makes managing the process (claims, submission, paperwork, challenges) easier - *for any FSAs*.

   I use an FSA with Cigna. They make it VERY easy. It's all automatic.......Dependant Care FSA on the other hand....a complete nightmare!
