   With the excellent help of Ken Arkills of Prudential NW, within 10 days of putting our house on the market a buyer gave a firm offer. Ken was always available to answer our questions as we prepared the house for sale. Ken had provided an analysis of area house sales, and with this in hand our pricing was "right on."

   Within 6 weeks of being placed on the market the sale is closed/complete. It was an enjoyable experience with the expertise of Ken Arkills --- Prudential Northwest is to be commended for having outstanding staff. Thank you.

   Ken really is fabulous! I worked with Ken on and off for a couple years while I waited for the market to come back so I could sell my house. Finally in 2012 I decided to sell and put the house on the market - Ken was a fabulous agent!!! He took the time to educate me about the Seattle Market and the micro-market in my neighborhood, which was a little sticky. Ken was patient with me and also took the time to talk to each interested buyer's agent and explain the value of my home and current market conditions. And....because of Ken's hard work the house sold at asking price!!!!!!!! Give Ken a call, you'll be thrilled to work with such a gentleman.

   Ken Arkills is the only Realtor anyone who is reading this should be working with! He has a reputation for being very honest and trustworthy. Such credibility is hard to find in Real Estate Agents. He has worked tirelessly to find me a home and explained every detail during the process.    Since relocating to West Seattle I have found this Blog very helpful for recommendations and referrals. It was here that I found Ken Arkills with Prudential NW Realty. I did my research and discovered that the comments from his clients made within discussions on this Blog are true. Call Mr. Arkills and let him help you.
