FOUND- Black Lab "Junior" WSU collar/ OWNER FOUND!!!

    I found a Black Lab running around the park next to West Seattle High School. Tag says Junior. Left a message at the phone# He is wearing a WSU collar. Please call 260-949-1330 if yours. He is now in my backyard with water and has had a few treats.
