Fight Like a Girl! Free Kickboxing & Women's Self-Defense

    Seattle Integrated Martial Arts is hosting 2 FREE classes in the 2nd week of March. Wed. March 10th at 7:15 we will be offering women an intro. to Muay Thai Kickboxing. Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand and is fun, effective self-defense, and an awsome workout!
    Saturday, March 13th and 12:30 will be our second FREE women's self-defense class.
    Call 206-935-4531 to register. Space is limited to 10.
