Hello All,
I am thinking about going to Vashon tomorrow to hang out half the day and watch the fireworks. My question for those familiar with Vashon is, do you think there will be a long wait coming back to Fauntleroy after the firework show? It looks like there are ferries at 10:45, 12:05 and 1:20.

I live near the Vashon ferry dock on the mainland side. Today the wait was longer than I have seen it in a long time, backed up past the 76 station about a mile away. I don't expect it to be any better tomorrow, and I would expect that same line on Vashon as well. Bring a tent!
is it too late to find a place to stay over?
you can probably see the same fireworks from the mainland at one of the parks along the sound.
