Fat guy stumbling down Fauntleroy

    I was driving to work this morning and noted an obese man stumbling down Fauntleroy. He was wearing a raggedy shirt and sweats. He was walking in a traffic lane even though the sidewalk was very much available to him. He was nearly hit by a number of cars, including my own. I honked at him as a way of suggesting that he utilize the sidewalk, but he didn't care. I nearly called the police, as this man seemed a danger to himself. But I didn't make the call. I can't stop thinking about him. Did anyone else see him? I think he needs help.

    I saw him as well, walking westbound on Alaska in the vicinity of the jiffy lube. He was barefoot too. At first I thought he was trying to cross, but as I passed him I realize that he wasn't 'all there'.

    please please please, whenever you see this, call the police right away; I always do and they are very open to taking down details to send an officer to help; you could save a life with that call

    I saw him as well. By 9 or so he was already at Calfornia and Oregon headed north. I called 911 and they said they already had a call about him and were sending someone out. He looked really out of it, black pants, maroon shirt and no shoes.

    Weird thing is the friend I was meeting said she later saw two black work boots in the road east of 35th and Morgan. Could he have walked that far? I hope he is safe.
