enhanced Drivers Lincense

    Hi, has anyone tried to get an ehanced dl lately? I need toi renew my license and want to get an el one. Was the wait long? Thank you

    I got one in March on my birthday last year...you have to make an appointment online/via phone, because there is all sorts of documents required: I brought my passport and a government verification of address, such as a Seattle utility bill or a paycheck stub from the State, etc...
    It is SO much better making the appointment- I called and within 10 days got an appointment at the Westwood Village licensing renewal place- I breezed right in past poor saps waiting for HOURS while I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. :D

    I've been across to Canada twice since then, no problems, works just like your passport.
