Dog groomer for bigger, hairy dog?

    Hi:

    I have an Elkhound that has LOTS of shed twice a year. The coat needs a thorough blow out. Does anyone know of a groomer that does this type of grooming?

    Most of the dog grooming places in West Seattle offer this kind of service. Give them all a call and ask for information.

    Stella Ruffington's (7003 California Ave) is awesome! We take our 2 big dogs there (Siberian Husky and a Shepherd/Akita mix) and they always come out looking so handsome and so much thinner after they get their coats de-furred!

    Does anyone know of any groomers that will pull a thick coat? Some breeds require pulling. I can't stand doing it.
