Do you live in a 3 bedroom house in the Schmitz Park/Lafayette area?

    Have you been considering selling your house? We are looking to buy a house in the Schmitz Park/Lafayette Elementary School area. (We have two young kids, one who is already at Schmitz Park.) Ideally the house would have three bedrooms on one level and be in walking distance to California Ave. If you are thinking of selling, let us know before you put it on the market - you might be able to bypass the time and expense of listing it!
