Do you know an older white male driving a white Ford Windstar?

  1. This guy went full on road rage on me this afternoon down 35th. He had cut me off at Mt. Saint Vincent, and I honked. Big mistake, as he rode my arse road raging all the way down 35th trying to rear-end me. When I tried to evade him down side streets, he followed me and nearly rear-ended me twice. At that point I called 911. He continued pursuing me. When I got to the light at 35th and Barton, I went thru the yellow hoping to lose him. Nope, he was so intent on his road rage he ran the red light to go after me. I finally lost him when he had to pull over for a fire truck - I sped up and lost him again on side streets. Thank god, before he did something - who knows what.

If anyone knows who this guy is, tell him to get back on his meds! Oh, and that the police are looking for him.

  3. And a Happy New Year to all!

Glad you are ok - sounds like a scary time. He's not alone out there today unfortunately, just got back from grocery shopping - NEVER AGAIN on the day before a holiday! You'd think people would lighten up and be in good moods, extend a little courtesy to others as we played musical cars to find parking spots or cruised down the shopping aisles...nope. Keep smiling WS Bloggers!

  4. I was dodging drunks and crazies even Thursday night. I only went a couple of miles in the early evening and it was bizarre.

  5. Husband and I were just discussing how crazy it was out there today. No more shopping right before a holiday, evar!

We were trying to brainstorm a prototype device to communicate to folks in other cars. Would have to be hands-free, probably voice activated, close range, targeting 1 car. But also not easy to abuse - or should be easy to report abuse or folks wouldn't use it for fear of constant screaming obscenities.

Yeah, I'm thinking a laser eye-tracking small missile launcher. I'd use it mostly on Cal. Ave. Post Office jay walkers. Fewer people walking out in front of my moving vehicle as though entitled would make for a better 2011.

  7. The Metro Market parking lot was crazy too - people cutting off others to get to parking spots. Figured it was best to just take a breath and let the chips fall where they may - as long as it wasn't on my fender!!

  8. ack...just got back from met mkt......please, please, on a holiday shopping day like this, don't bring your hubby, who pushes the cart, and your baby in one of those huge strollers that takes up half the aisle. Leave them at home, and just bring a list - lol...geez. But, for the most part, people were cooperative. Said couple was everywhere I was ...

Yeah, I went to the Electric Train Shop today, and parked in the back lot behind the Liquor Store. I could not believe how busy the Junction was today! Though, people seemed polite enough...

That Windstar driver is definitely psychotic. It is scary to cross paths with someone like that...really gets the adrenaline flowing!

Can't blame him for being a little P.O'd!

If I had to drive a white Ford Windstar, I'd probably act like that too. If Whitey McWindstar is reading this, ask yourself, do I really need this big, awful, soul destroying van? Or would I be happier in something smaller, more fuel efficient and more fun?
