We would be very grateful for recommendations of low-cost dental care/dental plans for a senior on limited income. Also, referrals to participating dentists. Does not have to be in West Seattle.

Dental Care/Dental Plan Recommendation?

Georgetown clinic is a good source. Their # is 206-461-6943. It used to be a "sliding scale" fee schedule, probably still is. The dental quality is very good at the community clinics. Not 2nd rate dentists or dentistry, but very caring people that work there. Also the SeaMar Clinic which relocated to 15th Ave SW, I believe. Their # is 206-762-3263. You can also call the Seattle King Co Dental Society as they have a list of all of the community clnics, the # 206-443-7607.
Hope that helps.

We use Dental Health Services. It's the Smart smile plan. It's an on our own plan. I think for the plan member + 2 dependents is $54/mo. They have a website Dentalhealthservices dot com. We use the dentist in Westwood Village. I can't remember the name right now. We love it and it's an AWESOME plan! I never had this good of dental through a work policy for the price.
