Today I had such a craving for thier BLT, the best one I've ever had, repeatedly. Sadly had to settle for an inferior one somewhere else.

Have you tried West 5's BLT? It's pretty delicious.

West 5 rocks. I ate at Charlsetown cafe once, that was enough.
The BLT at the Swinery is yummy!
I do miss the homey atmosphere of the Charlestown, though. It was a great neighborhood type place. And I really miss their claim chowder.
Maybe I am thinking of some other connection, but I seem to remember that the Charlestown owners had something to do with this place:

yes...Pike Place Chowder is the second business of the people who owned Charlestown Street Cafe.
